Human thinking at the speed of change
In a world where answers arrive in seconds, co-creation creates the pause needed to balance the speed of AI with human judgment.
World Design Love create’s a safe space for different voices to be heard - helping people surface ideas, challenge subjective thinking to create a shared solution together. When people work this way, co-created ideas are far more likely to work in the real world.
Co-creation workshops are for any purpose-led organisation seeking clarity on their purpose, direction, and communication in a complex and changing world.
Earth brand
Created in partnership with the United Nations, Earth Brand is a global consumer brand prototype co-created with five international brands, climate change experts and sceptics, and over 1,000 citizens across cities worldwide.
Translated into 50 languages, the brand was designed so people everywhere could understand it in their local context. Conceived as a pilot with five global brands, the vision was to recruit 100 more and reach as many of the world’s 8 billion people as possible.
The project was presented at COP27 and during New York Climate Week at the United Nations.

One Yamaha
Seeking a more ambitious plan than they could achieve alone, Yamaha’s US leadership teams used co-creation to shape their Annual Sales, Product, and Marketing Strategy.
The process was designed over three days, combining data analysis and research that was brought directly into the workshops. In that time, 40 leaders co-created the One Yamaha Plan, giving teams clear direction, shared priorities, and renewed empowerment.
The work was then followed by a leadership presentation that brought the outputs together into a new annual business plan — strengthening internal engagement and operations, while enabling Yamaha to communicate a more confident and unified global brand externally.

#swindonmakeithere
A new place brand for Swindon, created to support regeneration plans led by Swindon Borough Council. The brand was co-created with over 100 local participants through a ground-up process involving citizens, local businesses, artists, SMEs, entrepreneurs, charity and healthcare workers, educators, and the town council.
Working together, the community shaped a shared call to action designed to build local pride while also attracting external investment — encouraging large businesses to build their future in Swindon.
Rooted in Swindon’s industrial and manufacturing heritage — from railways to automotive and technology — Make It Here reflects both where the town has come from and what it offers today: a place where anyone can make it. Emerging directly from the workshops, Swindon was described as a hidden jewel — diverse, vibrant, inclusive, and well connected this new brand positions Swindon confidently for future growth.

Find Your Jam
Delivered in partnership with Bath Spa University, Find Your Jam was a three-part creative communications programme supporting emerging musicians to define their identity, story, and positioning within the music sector.
Developed as part of wider outreach across the South West of England, the programme was delivered in collaboration with Creative Power Town, an organisation dedicated to giving young people access to professional musicians, venues, and real industry experience.
The workshops were designed to build confidence and help participants understand how to communicate their offer more clearly and professionally. Across three sessions, musicians were guided through defining the essence of their story, shaping their narrative, and developing a visual identity.
The programme culminated in a live performance at the Komedia Theatre in Bath launching the programme publicly.

The Zefir
A new concept in Italian luxury
The Mall Luxury Outlets co-created a new global brand experience with its in-house teams across fashion, marketing, product, sales, and design. As Italy’s premier out-of-town luxury shopping destination — home to some of the country’s most prestigious fashion and beauty brands — TMLO set out to create a distinctive new concept that could travel internationally.
Over three co-creation sessions, a cross-functional group worked together to develop a new name, product offering, and immersive brand experience designed specifically for overseas markets. The process was intentionally led from within, with the CEO wanting the team to build the concept themselves — ensuring shared ownership, clarity of vision, and long-term confidence.
The result was The Zefir: a brand inspired by the idea of Italian luxury as a warm Mediterranean breeze — something that could travel effortlessly across borders and cultures. Designed and curated entirely by the in-house team, the concept was successfully developed for launch in the Far East market.
