Created in partnership with the United Nations, Earth Brand is a global consumer brand co-created with five international brands, climate change experts and sceptics, and over 1,000 citizens across cities worldwide.

Translated into multiple languages and designed so people everywhere could understand it in their own context, the vision was to recruit 100 international brands reaching over 6 billion people.

The project was shared at COP27 and approved by the United Nations.

Seeking a more commercially ambitious plan than in previous years, Yamaha’s US leadership team turned to co-creation to shape its Annual Sales, Product and Marketing Strategy.

Over a three-day programme grounded in data and research, 40 leaders co-created a One Yamaha Business Plan - building conviction, confidence and shared ownership across the leadership team.

A new place brand for Swindon, created to support regeneration plans led by Swindon Borough Council. Co-created with 100+ local citizens — business owners, artists, entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare specialists, charity workers and town councillors.

Together, they shaped a shared call to action rooted in the town's industrial and manufacturing heritage: from railways to automotive, technology to drones. Make It Here reflects where Swindon has come from and where it is going — a place where anyone can make it.

Described in workshops as a "hidden jewel," Swindon's diverse, vibrant and well-connected culture positions it confidently for future growth.

A new concept in Italian luxury: The Mall Luxury Outlet. Italy's premier luxury shopping destination wanted a concept that could travel internationally — built from within, by the people who know it best.

The result was The Zefir: a brand inspired by Italian luxury as a warm Mediterranean breeze, moving effortlessly across borders, cultures and continents.
